A reputable distribution company which is expanding their team to the market dynamics is in search for a qualified and interested person to fill the position of a store manager.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Encouraging the sales team to meet sales target by training and mentoring staff.
- Recruiting, training, and overseeing new staff.
- Attending to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Responsible for developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
- Responsible for store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.
Qualification
- A minimum of a degree/professional certificate in supply chain
- Demonstrate leadership skills
- A team player and result-driven person
- Data driven with a high taste for IT
- FMCG/Pharma exposure will be an added advantage.
