PwC has been hired by a development partner to help our client in the education sector increase institutional and staff capacity for better workforce productivity and improved teaching and learning results. The following project workers are now needed by PwC to assist in managing and achieving project goals.
The project manager
Throughout the course of the project, the project administrator would organise meetings, subcontractor deliverables/reports, timesheets/invoices, and logistics. Additionally, the position would be in charge of general administrative tasks including hiring, onboarding, and other duties.
Applicants must have:
- Good organisational skills
- Evidence of good leadership and goal achievement in a high-performance organisation
- Ability to communicate and engage influential, particularly on finance matters
- Working closely and effectively with team members, management and multiple stakeholders
- Good people management skills, particularly an ability to lead high-performing teams
- Ability to lead oneself – be emotionally intelligent, resilient and value-driven.
Contract duration: 3 years, renewable annually
