Smart resources limited is seeking for qualified and interested persons to apply for the position of a personal secretary.



Responsibilities

  1. Acting as the first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on massages or highlighting them for their managers attention.
  2. He/she will manage the diaries and organising meetings and appointments often controlling access to the manager.
  3. He/she will be responsible for booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  4. He/she will be responsible for organising events and conferences.
  5. reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines.
