As a junior sales associate, your job will be to translate our sense of love and dedication to our customers and expand our scope of access to our customers.
Your key role will be to engage, convert and manage customer leads from our product.
You may also be required to find leads yourself, online or on the ground based on our targets and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Follow up with new customers
- Engage and convert incoming leads to customers
- Follow up on churned customers
- Employ strategies to resurrect churned customers
- Follow up on negative ratings
- Manage customer relations
- Generate and communicate key insights from customer engagements to the rest of the team
- On-Ground Sales activities/advocacy
- Site activations planning and execution
- CRM Updates
Requirements:
- University Degree, General education degree, or equivalent.
- Friendly, empathetic, and patient.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Fluent in English and 1/2 local languages.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Experience in sales
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Committed and hardworking
