Job Responsibilities

 

•    Assist in processing of monthly Impressed Billing and Reporting for Clients
•    Monitor Client Funding daily and reach out to clients as needed
•    COBRA Deposits from Members and Payments to Clients
•    Provide Client Customer Service within the Banking Area
•    Remote Deposits and Posting
•    Offsite Deposits and Posting
•    Place Client Stop Payments and Process Voids
•    Process Client Refunds received from Providers and Members
•    Upload ACH Files to our Vendor for FSA/DCA Payments to Members
•    Upload Positive Pay files to Online Banking Sites
•    Client Bank Statement Reconciliations
•    Back up for Client Banking Manager
•    Additional responsibilities as assigned

Position Requirements

•    Must be very detail oriented
•    Maintain professional integrity and confidentiality
•    Good interpersonal skills
•    Ability to work independently as well as in team environment
•    Excellent ability to prioritize and meet on-going deadlines
•    Strong organization skills
•    Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
•    Proficient with Excel and QuickBooks
•    Strong ability to learn new systems and tools
