ABOUT YOU AND THE ROLE
Our graduate talent program gives local youth the necessary skills for employment in the field of instant logistics. Subsequently, successful Graduate Trainees are empowered to apply their acquired skills in the local and international job market.
In this role you’ll experience a wide cross-section of the People realm, with responsibilities in both traditional People Ops and Workplace Experience. With warm, clear, and timely communication to your stakeholders, you’ll ensure an amazing employee experience for our new hires and tenured teammates alike by supporting the People Partner and Country Manager for Ghana.
This role is ideal for a strong-prioritizer who’s excited to coordinate across teams (HR and administration) and who thrives in a high-trust and fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Administrative support for the People Partner and General Manager
- Organize and arrange internal meetings and events for the relevant stakeholders
- Assist the people team with documentation
- Triage tickets and respond to inquiries when able
- Assist the relevant stakeholders with their daily tasks and responsibilities; coordinating meetings, etc.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all Zipliners
- Support community activities in the distribution center
Required Knowledge and Experience

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Diploma or HND/Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
- You have prior internship experience working in the HR space
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a strong customer service background
- Impeccable discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information
- Demonstrated ability to operate in an environment with ambiguity and change
- Strong attention to detail and highly-organized
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
- Ability to use G-Suite
- Must be eligible for National Service for the 2023/2024 year
