Job Description of a Meter Reader

Meter readers are responsible for accurately recording electricity, water, and gas consumption from customer meters and ensuring timely data entry for billing purposes.

Job Description of Maintenance Staff

Maintenance staff are tasked with maintaining, repairing, and upgrading SEWA’s utility infrastructure, including power lines, pipelines, and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities of Both Roles
  • Meter Readers:
    • Visiting customer premises to read utility meters.
    • Recording meter readings and reporting discrepancies.
